Andre Pierce Architecture is a small design practice with a rich history. Based in the San Francisco Bay area and Colorado, we provide architectural services to clients around the world.

Our professional roots may be traced from the founding and development of Colorado's Vail Ski Resort through a variety of national and international resort-related projects with a specialty in custom residential design.

Our design mantra is “optimize” rather than “maximize.” We actively promote a collaborative process between owner, contractor and architect to develop uniquely-crafted projects distinguished by their superior material and spatial qualities, producing designs of timeless character. Each design is unique, tailored to our client’s program and budget, and carefully integrated into its setting.

In addition to standard architectural services, we offer design assistance with site evaluation to determine a property's best potential - whether a large "from scratch" development or adaptive reuse/ remodel of an existing complex or structure. With decades experience in resort design and development, we quickly ascertain a site’s key qualities and generate valuable schematic ideas for its successful realization.
