The Vidauban Resort in southern France is a multi-phase golf course community composed of individual villages that serve as commercial and residential centers for the various golf course developments.

Each village, designed in a different Provincial style native to the region, has a commercial and residential core with one or more small boutique hotels. Vacation residences are designed to flow along the fairways or in separate enclaves in the rolling landscape. Robert Trent Jones, the golf course architect, envisions a year-round golf academy to compliment the challenging courses.
