Rancho Marazul

Rancho Marazul includes 1,000-hectares of land and 1,800 meters of beachfront on the Sea of Cortez. Approximately fifty percent of this land sits on an alluvial plain, or includes foothills with remarkable views, and is quite suitable for development. The Master Plan is low-density by design and includes a 27-hole Robert Von Hagge golf course, a 150-room boutique hotel, Golf and Beach Clubs, a separate Spa facility high in the foothills, a Yachting Center, retail facilities, a landing strip and a number of residential products. Unique to Marazul will be the fact that cars will be parked remotely. Circulation within the project will be by foot, bicycle, golf cart or shuttle on an integrated pathway system within the project. All natural drainage ways, with their accompanying desert vegetation, have been preserved and serve as a "green spine" incorporating this path system. In addition, potable water will be created using the latest desalinization technology, and all wastewater will be recycled to irrigate the golf course.
