Major’s Bay Resort is a planned residential resort community located on the island of St. Kitts. The 175 acre site, with a future phased expansion of over 500 acres, includes an eighty room hotel with convention facilities, a marina village with over 50,000 square feet of commercial space, a 300 slip marina, ferry terminal and approximately 300 residential units, both villas and condominiums. The character of the resort will draw upon Caribbean colonial architecture and feature extensive landscaping to create a tropical ambiance suitable to the island’s environment. In an effort to make this resort as eco-friendly as possible, much of the electrical power will be generated from geothermal energy, waste water will be recycled for landscaping, and strict conservation policies will insure that the quality of the resort and its neighboring environments are minimally impacted.
