The Chateau at Beaver Creek is a multi-phase project comprised of nine single-family chalets, a Lodge, and a 25-unit condominium building located along the western slope of Colorado’s Beaver Creek Valley. This enclave is fronted by the turreted Main Lodge that forms the heart of the project and serves as its social center.

The Lodge includes thirty condominium units that range in size from 2,000 to 6,000 square feet. Among the many amenities provided are a full-service health facility, an indoor/outdoor pool, a private library, a wood-paneled boardroom and a five-star restaurant. The nine single-family chalets are located to the west of the Lodge and offer a residential component with attached garages, large terraces and decks and multilevel living spaces.
