The entry to the hotel is through an arcaded loggia that offers views to the sea through a series of descending, landscaped gardens that lead to the restaurant and pool terraces at the ocean’s edge.

A first-class spa and exercise facility opens directly to its own swimming pool and sun deck. Guest rooms offer private patios and small, open-air courtyards with water fountains. Surrounding the hotel are 70 fractional fee ownership villas sited to maximize views and preserve privacy. Landscaping for the project offers a lush, tropical experience by thoughtfully providing a variety of local and nonnative species in a number that balances the site’s limited water supply with the owner‘s desire to provide as much shade and greenery as possible.
